I kept drinking the one they were giving me at the hospital which is Centrum liquid.

I wonder how everyone is doing ? [emoji848] well hope everyone is ok! And loosing those pounds!

I pass gas on my third day... and I pretty much push it out cuz I want it to go home and they wouldn’t let me if I didn’t pass gas. So I walk walk walk than sat down on the toilet. Good luck and when your hear your insides growling you almost there .

Six flags ( chairs be squishing the shuuz out of my as$) My bath towel to fully completely cover me.. ( almost there ) Boots ( me too) Nice leather jacket (Always have issues with jackets and my thick arms)

Well , when I woke up still in the OR Because there was no bed.. I felt all the pain.. I was dyyyying it was painful it was horrible.. I started yelling who ever was there I was in pain.. I couldn’t see well but I know the anesthesiologist was there I remember his blond hair .. he gave me something I pass out .. when I woke up again I was still there in pain but more tolerable. I couldn’t stop rubbing my belly thinking it will help me. It was a horrible experience to be honest. I was fine once I was in the RR connected to my personal pump.

Oh yes ... last me .. almost exactly a month... First it started on my right side.. looord was it painful .. couldn’t lean that way on sleep on that side .. comes and goes.. and coughing omg! Then it was my left side ... than it was gone. No more pain. My doc told me it was my muscle. Right under my breast area.

It happened to me post op .. but whenever I drank .. room temperature water. And it was thanks to the shakes.

Something similar happen to me.. after I was release from the hospital my husband went to get my pills .. not there .. I call the hospital and they told me .. they didn’t confirm transaction .. so guess what .. it’s too late gotta wait the next day.. pharmacy is close. So I went all my afternoon and night to the next day with no pain killers .. couldn’t sleep much .. had my recliner .. helped lots with bunch of pillows. And walking. Also I would walk After taking my pill .. less pain and after my walk ... water sleep. And to keep in mind why I’m doing this. Is hard.. but it will get better.

Muscle contracting ... happened to me, I had bypass and I was having this side pains under my boobs.. and while having sex everything was fine .. except I couldn’t be in my right side or flat I needed to lean a bit to the left. And afterwards I felt like that “weird pull” from my side stop me from enjoying my O.

I did but not as bad as yours .. the worst one was on my tight cuz of the catheter ... I still have reddish area but the itching part is gone. I was bathing with aveeno, I don’t know if that helped me .. but I didn’t use nothing else.

You will do great .. everything will come out great and hope you have a nice recovery.

Omg same here ... I have to brush my teeth like 4 times a day.. sometimes I get it more after my protein. So what I do is as soon as I’m done with my shake.. mouthwash the hell out of it. It has helped control it.

Nov28 and even tho I was not weight in my surgery date 🤷🏽‍♀️ .. so I count from my last weight in.. which a week after my liquid diet .. I was 281 .. now I’m 257. Since two days ago. Might be less now. So i have lost 24lbs

It happened to me... weirdly .. my period during the hospital was very minimal .. until I got home ... it was like it was waiting to be in a safe place. Luckily no pain thanks to the meds. Was one of my lucky no pain periods in a while.

Everything is so much better today. What I have more than anything is muscle pain, but today when I woke up... I felt better is still uncomfortable but I don’t have that bad pain mix with it. I had eggs today.. couldn’t wait. Made me happy. Just wondering why I can’t eat mash potatoes ? ☹️[emoji22]can you? But overall so much better than before.. that shall pass too ( muscle pain) . I slept on the recliner too.. for like 5 to 7 days, than move to my bed.. and it was painful and uncomfortable, so what I did was lay a pillow under my right side.. kinda tilting my body to the left.. and playing around found a position that it didn’t bother me “much “ I usually saved my pain killers for bed, but it’s gotten better to be honest I can’t sleep on my right side but prep well, I can sleep on my left side. Good luck and it will get better.

Of course .. all clear liquids. No sugar tho. Or Milk. ( my doc order)
