My Name is Luisa I'm 33 years old, mother of two (times 2 .. they three and two , that age) I'm planning on getting the gastric surgery, already went to the seminar at Bellevue Hospital in NY. Before I had blue shield too and I was approve in certain hospitals .. and insurance was no problem, just the requirements of the 6 months with dietician and psychological. Is the doctor job to send the information to your insurance for them to believe you really need this. And with this high bmi would be no problem. You will just need to do the requirements. I went for the seminar, and my next appointment with the surgeon will be July 14. How did it go?!or how is going for ya? Omg you just scared me, cuz I went to a seminar and my insurance was not available for this hospital so they asked me to change it .. and so I did, but this hospital said they are affiliated with this new insurance, I guess I'll know this 14 when I see my surgeon.
