The pull out method is not a reliable form of contraception anyway. I know many do it and feel successful till they try it with a new partner and find themselves pregnant lol though I thought it's just teenagers who do the pull out method. Hehe. Good idea to get on contraception now as losing weight you .. you end up looking at a guy and being pregnant lol. Happened to me when I lost weight fast on another diet. Depo injection works for me. I hear you. At first it was really bad I had to drink a whole litre of this gross stuff then 500mls in an hour !!! I never thought it would be possible for me but I managed it. Now I realise I can drink more than I thought lol. Thanks for letting me know the procedure it self isn't scary . If your only eating that.. plus that you added then you need to see your doctor because gaining 20lbs on like 500 Cal's lol need medical attention if that's true.. How can we help you get on track if apparently your barely eating anything . We all have the times were we have said " no idea why I'm gaining weight I barely eat anything" till someone reminds you " what about this.. what about that. " Good luck.

Is this just an attention seeking post? I'm not judging even if you had done no research on this surgery prior. Who wouldn't think that weightloss is amazing?
