Where Am I at 2 Months 5 Days out

You've done amazing. I didn't actually cook with oil till 4 months for whatever reason I just didn't want the added fat. It's not hiddered my weightloss which I was afraid of. With eating fast try and dedicate time to your meal and say you will eat over a course of time. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app

    Anyone vape here?

Even if there was. I wouldn't let it give you permission to start as it's a real health risk that the consequences can be really bad.

    Coffee question

You should ask more questions and for a clearer picture as some people's plans call for solids in the first week which I wouldn't unless on my plan. So best to ask them for more info. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app

    Freaking out

You don't need to go back to liquids. That's drastic and many trigger you to eat other things. Stalls are normal also even when on track Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app

I want to know how you feel ? You look amazing. Your confidence must be at 100 knowing how amazing you look is it hard being humble knowing how far you have come and seeing how people may have changed how they are towards you ? In all honesty I'm feeling myself since the weightloss lol sometimes. Sometimes I don't believe my body is mine. Yours is such a huge transformation. Amazing. Slow weight loss

Hi there. Congrats on your new surgery. It's my understanding that you are still healing. So unfortunately the lack of loss is normal however I understand the fustration. Keep your fluid up and if you experience any constipation get some thing from your doctor to help. But you are on the right track and doing the right thing. It's easier said than done. But weighing less will be benificial to your well being. I used to weigh daily now just once a week though I get tempted. Good luck. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app

    Looking for Surgery Buddies

Congrats on this journey. I'm 26 and 5, month post if you have any questions . Regarding social life. It hasn't effected mine went out for Chinese food a week ago ate some squid ate some prawns and bite of ribs a bite of beef. I didn't want the noodles or rice but I'm allowed it on my plan. I go for dates and I'll have my drink and perhaps order a starter and share it with the person. No one notices anything. Early out I went to a buffet I didn't eat much wasn't worth me paying but enjoyed the atmosphere. I prefer were you can order food. Im very social now I'm getting smaller. Any questions please ask Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
