  1. Tomorrow I will be one month post op. I expected to feel so much better by now. I feel weak and shakey several times a day. I don't have any energy to do much. When does this crappy feeling go away? I am ready to get going.
  2. Congrats!! It is so exciting. At work, I only have told my team. The others will just have to scratch their heads and watch me shrink. I have also only told my immediate family. My husband and I had our surgeries 4 days apart so we are on this journey together. (11 days post op for me)
  3. This is my first post. i am 11 days out and down 21 lbs. since surgery. Very happy about that. Overall I would say I feel good, but I do not have much ptience with myself. At my post-op visit I had to be reminded that Not only did I have an extensive bariatric surgery, but I also had an extrnsive hernia repair. So I need to give myself a break. My biggest issue is the drain. Hopefully it will be removed in 3 days.
