I was scheduled for 5/31 but couldn't pass my stress test so now I have have a heart cath and stents and put surgery off for a yr. but the blessing is I found out before I had a heart attack. I had started my 10 -day pre-op diet and now on day 7. As of today I've lost a total of 19# 11# have been in the last 7days. I'm going to do this for 30 days then go to modify my food intake to see if I can loose enough. Hw- 325

Setting up heart cath to see how many stents then wait at least a yr for surgery. But I'm going to modify the pre op diet to see how much weight I can lose in the next 12 months.

You guys, I'm 6 days out and feel GREAT. I know how scared you are. A week ago today was the day before my surgery and I was a hot mess. This will all be behind you and a memory soon and you'll be over here. Congrats and try to keep your eye on the prize! Good luck!
