1st day back to motivate my self out of this depression. I have a body shape corset on and wish my body looked that way without it lol. Doing a reset tomorrow. Starting weight today 208lbs Goal weight 170lbs. . . Hope everyone has a blessed weekend. Thanks for being there for me. It means alot.

go back to the basics. Eat Protein first, then non-starchy vegetables. Then if you have room, fruit or complex carbs (like grains). No drinking until at least 30 minutes after you eat. Weigh, measure, and log everything you put in your mouth. Unfortunately, it's the only way..

Hello Zoii
I can relate to you about feeling depress. I am 18month post op and I also feel regrets but my situation is a little different. All I can say is that you should see a therapist or talk to someone who can be there for you to support you. Talking about your feelings is very important. Talking to your nutritionist can help getting back on track and also speaking to your surgeon about excess skin may help also because insurance will cover for skin removal from what I been told and have other people's testimony. Hang in there and look into who to get back in track. Best of luck.

Zoii,
I had surgery in September of 2013 and I have had the same gain (about 50 lbs). I realized that I got away from the the 4 golden rules that I agreed too when I got this surgery
1) Protein first
2) Water water water
3) exercise
4) avoid snacking on empty calories
After I lost my weight, I threw those basics out the window and started eating as though I didn't suffer from obesity. We can get this weight off, I went back to basics since Tuesday and have lost 5 pounds. Let's do this together.
