Weigh in Wednesday I think there is only a few people who stay active on this thread [emoji33]( but I have to share because it helps me to stay motivated. I am down another 3.6 pounds it is an amazing feeling though this week has been hard compared to others I have just felt so weak, like body weak, and my hair has really started to fall out I get my Protein I take the Biotin and everything else and I know it is apart of the surgery process but it is still unnerving. I went to the Dr last week and they changed my goal weight to 180 and once I hit that we will readjust as needed maybe I should update my tracker I don't know I feel like I am in a little bit of limbo land right now. I hope all of you are feeling healthy and taking care of your amazing selves

I’m scheduled for tomorrow, 10/27/17.

I am in Dallas and our small reserve base Fort Worth NAS JRB won't isn't able to do it. I have been referred to a doctor out in town. I figured that the process would be much quicker if I went the military route. Is it worth it to travel hours to another military facility? Is that an option?
