  1. I'm the same way. A few bites at a time throughout the day. It's weird because I feel like I have eaten way too much because sometimes I just eat 2 or 3 bites every couple of hours. It feels like I eat all the time on those days. Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app

  14. I did, but the nutritionist said that it's a requirement for pre-op to drink the Bariatric Advantage shakes. She said that after surgery I can have the Premier Protein Shakes. Sent from my SM-N920V using BariatricPal mobile app

  17. I'm currently waiting on the call for my band to sleeve revision date. Woop! Woop! I met with my nutritionist yesterday, and she said that they require patients to use the Bariatric Advantage shakes for the 10 day pre-op liquid diet. So I would like to get feed back on the best flavors please [emoji5] Sent from my SM-N920V using BariatricPal mobile app

  21. I definitely need more veggies. I haven't had any fruit, juice, bread, pasta, or hardly even any dairy. I drink a lot of crystal light, but I do need to get more water in. I have 3 cups of coffee in the mornings, then crystal light the rest of the day, other than a protein shake for lunch. This weight just doesn't want to come off... ? 22. I had the band in June 2012, and started the process of band to Sleeve revision in April. In May, I had the EGD done and found out that my band has slipped. I was told that I had to lose 17 pounds before they would schedule my surgery, and I am having a REALLY hard time losing it. I'm trying.... I'm trying very hard actually, but it's just not coming off like I need it to. So far I have lost 9 1/2 pounds, and have 7 1/2 left to go. My next weigh in is the 21st, and I'm trying so hard to hit my goal so that they will schedule my surgery. I'm eating an average of 20 - 25 grams of carbs per day, and average of 1200 - 1300 calories per day, and trying to walk every day (I was just released last week from going to physical therapy twice a week for my back). ANY and ALL advice on how to hit my goal is VERY much appreciated!! Sent from my SM-N920V using BariatricPal mobile app

  27. I'm new to this too, so don't take my word for it [emoji5] But I'm in the pre-op process, and am on a low carb diet. My nutritionist said that the net carbs are the amount of carbs minus fiber. And right now, for me, a carb is a carb is a carb..... good or bad. My daily limit per my doctor and nutritionist, is 45, but I usually average around 25 per day. I'm trying really hard to lose my required weight in order to get my surgery scheduled. Sent from my SM-N920V using BariatricPal mobile app
