I met with my nutritionist yesterday, and she said that they require patients to use the Bariatric Advantage shakes for the 10 day pre-op liquid diet. So I would like to get feed back on the best flavors please [emoji5]

I liked the cream of tomato soup and the chicken noodle. The shakes aren't fantastic so I added some 100% coco powder-no sugar- to the chocolate and a bit of organic maple syrup-non processed-otherwise I wouldn't have gotten it down.

I did, but the nutritionist said that it's a requirement for pre-op to drink the Bariatric Advantage shakes. She said that after surgery I can have the Premier Protein Shakes.
