except I used 1 can of black Beans and 1 can of red kidney.
I also added some Gardein meatless ground beef and corn. It was yummy!!

You look marvelous! You could try baking in smaller portions then freezing. I've learned that I CAN make cheesecake! (I was always told it was too complicated.) Instead of using a large springform pan, I bake the cheesecakes in muffin tins using liners. I can then take them out of my muffin pans and freeze. Then we just take out what we want after dinner. The hubs usually eats one or two and then finishes mine. I've made them in standard and mini-muffin sizes. I am experimenting with different ingredients to decrease calories. Each recipe is added in Bariastic so I can keep track of my daily calories.

You look fabulous! But why give up a favorite hobby? Try baking things with nut flour or other types of things. Experiment! Make it fun to bake using healthy ingredients!

Just be careful with the doctor in this video. His ideas have been repeatedly debunked by a multitude of bariatric surgeons. There’s a ton of research that goes against everything he says. I think a lot of WLS patients listen to him because they want to believe he’s right. Don’t exercise after surgery?? Awesome! It sounds great, right? But there is zero scientific research to support his claims and a ton of scientific research that debunks his claims. So, just keep that in mind.

I would like to put something in to perspective for any of you that feel you haven't lost enough... The BIGGEST thing I BELIEVE we all do is compare ourselves to others.. Although we are all striving for similar Goals each of our journeys are very different... If you have lost 32.4 pounds in 2 months you NEED to Celebrate that Victory and think about what your Goal might be for the next two months.. Let me break it down for you, that is 4 pounds a week which is a GREAT weight loss and you should be proud of that. Having WLS is just another Tool in our toolbelt to help us reach our goal not a Cure or quick fix for what got us where we were to begin with... I am almost 2 1/2 years PO from having the Sleeve done and my first year I lost 157 pounds. I was VERY strict on what went in my mouth and journaling.... I also at my height weight was 440 pounds. This past year done if my bad habits have come back and I've gained 50 pounds back but I'm here to say I'm NOT finished with my Journey and I KNOW I Will achieve my Goals but it is definitely taking me longer than some... I hope I didn't offend anyone but I am VERY passionate and REAL about what I have been through. Sometimes the hardest part is looking in the mirror when we aren't being true to ourselves. We ALL deserve to be the BEST version of ourselves but it starts within us. Ok I guess I've shared enough for my first time sharing. I hope you ALL have an AMAZING day and be proud of your ACCOMPLISHMENTS. . Let's Help support each other...

    Hello!
I bought a bariactric cookbook from Amazon. I tried the cottage recipe which called for sprinkling a little homemade Taco seasoning(recipe for the taco seasoning is in the book too) & it was pretty good! So when my daughter made tacos for dinner I used that recipe to help curb that desire to eat what my family was eating![emoji4]

Unjury makes a great chicken broth flavored mix with 21 grams of Protein. It comes already seasoned, you just mix it with hot water. Their unflavored mix is also a life saver!! You can go to their website and get individual packages to try before you buy a whole big container.

I've tried nectar Protein, its a powder you mix with Water, and Unjury Soup mix. The unjury has 21 grams of protein per serving I don't remember the other one but it is high also. These are both good of you are lactose intolerant

Like it was mention our love ones & friends just havent adjusted to the new you as you have! So keep moving forward to reaching YOUR goal weight but if you have any concerns seek out a Bariactric doctor not a surgeon but a doctor who specializes in Bariactrics. They can help you maintain your weight or help you to adjust your diet if you feel your loosing too much weight! Other than that I think you are doing Great! Im only 1 month post op & only lost 22 lbs so far! So coodles to loosing 82 lbs!!

Oh yes, this isopure has 50g of 100% whey isolate protein with plenty of bcaa which is good since my restictions on exercise has been lifted . so I'll be doing a bit more weight lifting to firm up my skin. But be careful because it has 210 calories per scoop! So I split my doses in half. I before the gym & the other when i get home!
