About 8 years ago I lost 60 lbs on medifast(gained it all back plus some, eventually), which is essentially 6 very small meals a day, totaling about 800-900 cals a day. The way I eat now is similar, it just isn't medifast...though I do have some medifast meals. So I just say I am eating like medifast, just not using all medifast. No one questions it because several people in my family have done medifast.

I had my pre op consult with my surgeon today and scheduled for 5/23 - the day after my 33rd bday. Happy birthday to me!!
I went to seminar on 12/29, started my appointments Jan 6th and was approved by Cigna within 3 days two weeks ago. Easy process!
I am 5'4", 255.8 as of this AM.
    Anyone else on 5/23?

I lost way less that by that point, and I've lost 234 lbs altogether.
people lose at all different rates due to all different factors, so it's really pointless to compare yourself to others.
your level of commitment to your program will have a MUCH greater impact on your ultimate success than your rate of weight loss. Just put blinders on so you can't see how fast or slow other people are losing, and go full-steam ahead!
