  1. According to my nutritionist, yes. She wanted me to have at least 40-60 Protein a day. I just discovered the protein waters. I am not a huge fan but if you want something different than Water they are good. The shakes do not count towards water.

After surgery the protein water will help you feel a little better, but she said within a couple days to move to the shakes and water in between. (shakes do not count)

  2. I just had the sleeve done yesterday. The incisions do not hurt, but my WHOLE body hurts, aches, and is stiff. I have done the recommended walking but I am so sore. Any advice?

Odd thought... have you gotten a new mattress since losing all this weight? My mattress is form fitted to my current shape and weight due to normal wear and tear so when I lose a lot, I expect the mattress to do worse for me. It would be like sleeping in an awkward shaped hole.
Maybe your body is bent wrong when sleeping due to an old mattress?

We stayed at a hotel yesterday. Walked every hour. Just came home today and we have a sleep number mattress. I have never had this kind of body pain. It is extremely hard to sit and stand.

  3. Hi! Thank you for your quick response. I am completely new, so I had a hard time figuring out how to reply!

I have the same inseam but I usually wear average to make sure my ankles are covered. I am more than willing to try them. If they don't fit, I will take them to Goodwill. :) I would love to know the specific style and photos if it isn't too much trouble.

As far as shirts, I am looking for short sleeve Tshirts (I live in Vegas).
