Glad to know I'm not the only one. I had a few bites of soft serve about a week ago and ended up with the Worst stomach pains and cold sweats that lasted for about 30 minutes. I felt like I was dying. The best alternative for ice cream I have found is HALO top pints. So good, low in sugar and higher in Protein. Safe to say I will stay away from soft serve from now on!
