I have my surgery scheduled for August 1st. July 10-15 we are going on a small vacation with friends and I'd like to enjoy a few drinks or shots. I'm not a beer drinker but asking if anyone had drinks this close to surgery? I will still be three weeks away and not in my two week liquid diet phase. I won't drink everyday but wondering what the thoughts were on occasional drinks while there?

I am going in August to Dr. Ortiz in Tijuana. The Obesity Control Center. Amazing reviews with top of the notch certifications, etc. I've heard nothing but amazing stories about this place. I have a friend who just returned home from her surgery there.

Hi all! I'm in preop stage but was wondering what I could use to mix as a flavoring of sorts with my Vitaleph Protein Shakes? It's just the whey Protein so I'm needing something to add to it I feel like. For post op as well. Thank you for any advice and suggestions.
