I was looking into using this brand because I have celiac disease and cannot have gluten soy or dairy. It only has 20 grams of Protein per 2 scoops. Has any one else used this brand?

So I am in the very beginning. I just got a referral from my doctor. I have nutrition class tomorrow and my intro to bariatric surgery on the 1st. I also need to get a sleep study for sleep apnea. I am going through Kaiser and it is covered by my insurance. Hopefully it goes smoothly.

I am just beginning my process to be sleeved but I have 2 Special people in my life that have had the VSG already. From what I've researched and from what my friends say everyone regrets it at 1st. It's tough the 1st week but from observation I see it gets better.
