About the jail thing.....people misrepresent themselves online all the time. There are fake pictures of underage people that get circulated instead of the 'real person' and once your info is out there you can get pictures on your phone and computer that are compromising and not solicited because you already made contact and accepted. Plus viruses that put backdoors to your info that you will not even know are there.
Naked pictures are porn and online is not private. What you do offline is one thing, what you do online is a whole different ballgame people.

I just can't get over your photos. That's not the surgery. You must have worked your butt off in the gym! Congratulations on your awesome success. You look like Luke Cage!

If you have not met your deductible yet then that is what you will more than likely have to pay for the surgery.

I was going to research a surgeon in Mexico if my insurance didn't cover it. There are a couple of highly recommended centers there and they are about the cost of what you would pay out-of-pocket with insurance.

Just sleeved 7 days ago, I thought I was mentally prepared but I had a hard time the first few days, especially while in the hospital since I barely could get any sleep. There was a lot more pain and nausea than I expected. I didn't feel any pain from the actual stomach sleeve, it was the 6 incisions which were like 6 stab wounds that makes any movements that use your ab muscles (almost everything) very painful. It was managed well with the pain and nausea meds (be sure to keep taking them every 4 hours or so) but simple things like shifting around the bed, coughing, sneezing (ouch), hiccups, even peeing the first couple times were painful for me. After coming home and getting a good nights sleep, I was off the pain meds and it was downhill from there. You may feel a lot of regret at first but after the weight starts flying off, it will all be worth it! I'm down 11 lbs in 7 days so I would do it all over again if I had to!

Here's my answer to that: Who am I cheating? Who's hosting the competition? Who wrote the rules? What's the prize?
Seriously, it's a ridiculous flawed concept. I refuse to even legitimize it.

    Meanwhile, back at the ranch...
I don't order from the kid's menu when I am at a casual dining restaurant. I simply order a regular size lunch or dinner entree and request a to-go box when I'm finished eating whatever I'm going to eat during that visit.
The to-go box leftover food yields, on average, an additional two more meals when I'm home.
I also concur with the statement that upscale eating establishments tend to not have separate kids' menus. You will never see kids' menus at places such as the Capital Grille or Tavern on the Green because the fine dining ambiance is diminished by crying toddlers and noisy school-aged children.

Yes, no fine dining establishment has a kids menu. That isn't to be mean or condescending that is just fact. Only on the internet is plain English condescending.
They don't expect or want children there. Some places are just for adults.
This is like getting angry because I said there is no kids menu at the strip club...
