Hi all,
Wondering about the 50+ sleevers success.
How was your recovery? Weight lose?

I'm 56 and was sleeved on December 26 2027. I had no problems and very little pain. I was back to work 1 week after surgery. I'm down 60 pounds and would like to lose about 30 more pounds. Very glad I had it done as I struggled with my weight all my life.

I'm 3 months post op gastric sleeve and am struggling with being easily irritated by coworkers. I'm sure these coworkers annoyed me pre op but i probably used food to ease my irritation. Anyone else have the same issue?

Just had my surgery on the 26th. Not having much pain but i am have gas pains and very tired. Just taking ice chips now and going very slow. So far so good

Can anyone tell me about what their out of pocket costs are for the surgery. I've met my deductible for the year, but not max out of pocket costs. I am responsible for 20% of doctor cost and hospital costs. Do doctors require this before surgery? Thanks
