After 5 years of retirement, I've decided I'm going back to work. I took a couple of before interview selfies.

I don't lift heavy weights. I lift manageable weights with high repetitions until failure. Whatever muscle group I'm working, I give it 48hrs before I work that muscle group again.

There is no other alternative than surgery for loose skin in the abdomen area.
