Revision with bmi 33? Anyone had it?
You have to consider if the risk of a revision is worth it. Revisions are far more riskier due to the scar tissue formed by the band and adhesions from previous surgery. Also as a revision your at a higher risk for severe acid reflux.

Ice cream
OP don't be shamed for asking this question. I have had ice-cream since my surgery. My one and only dumping episode was on sugar free ice cream. Be careful not to slide back into bad habits. It's an incredibly difficult road ahead. Good luck on your journey and keep asking

Aging process and Sleeve
Those are great points Heather. With how different the post op instructions from surgeons on vitamins, for instance I was told I didn't need calcium after three months and no b12! Thank god, I did tons of research. I wouldn't be surprised if forums 10 or 15 years have posts from lots of people complaining of complications due vitamins deficiency.

Aging process and Sleeve
Yes, I think that's what I was thinking of, I am seeing many young people on this forum getting sleeved. With other WLS fading from popularitysuch as the band. Was wondering the long term implications. By the way, I understand the sleeve was around since 1999. But has recently become popular.

No energy, no motivation
I can't imagine how your labs are normal with this diet. Do you vomit if you eat meat? What about fruits and cooked vegetables? You need to see your surgeon or a new doctor immediately. This is not normal and your lack of energy is sign of malnutrition. To me it sounds like you have a stricture which can be treated

6 weeks - told to go back on fluid
Going back on liquids is a good idea. However you need some sort of a time frame and next steps if you still can't eat solid food.
