  1. Anyone used a hydration station?
  2. I would vomit initially but now it is a matter of just not wanting meat at all. I couldn't imagine eating meat now. I eat some vegetables but to be honest, I have no energy when I get home to even fix a salad. All I want is my yogurt. I have been back to my surgeon several months back who just feels like this is part of it. The only thing I haven't had checked is my iron but my hemoglobin is normal. I am thinking of going to a hydration station .

  11. I am a little over a year post-op. I am very limited on what I can eat. I eat no meat at all. My diet is mostly Greek yogurt with GENEPRO 4 times a day & popcorn. I have no energy, no strength, no motivation yet all my labs are in normal range. I do struggle with getting in enough liquids. Anyone else having this experience?
