    I am 1 week post op VSG and I want to begin using MFP as my food diary. I am not sure exactly how to add my own recipes or other foods. Is there a tutorial or any advice you would suggest to this newbie?

    I go for my final pre op this Thurs, 4/13 & my sleeve surgery is 4/17. I am allowed 1 small meal daily & 2 protein shakes. I am already at my required weight for surgery. I am afraid of eating too much before my surgery.
