You have to stay positive and start telling yourself you about to change because the change is real and it frustrating at time but it's worth it

Well my skin isn't really bad the first u would see change is your face and your belly will drop

When I was going into surgery I packed a bag but it honestly didn't make no sense for me because I was in to much pain to get up like that but I will say bring your toothbrush of course deodorant and under garment and maybe slippers but everything else you are going to be in to much pain to worry about pajamas lol

So Happy for u? I'm at the same weight as your highest. My surgery is 7/17/17 . How do u see ur skin so far? I feel ready for everything except skin. So I try to ask around. Thanks and congrats
