Funny but true. I am always feeling the jiggly parts to see the changes.

I'd like to see those type of changes too when I'm carrying less fat as well.
@Sweet as peaches...I think of the song by Will Smith, "Get jiggy with it!" Oh okay, it's not the same word, but it popped in to my head when I read about your jiggly-ness. I have the same thing happening myself.

Hi @MSinger we walk on the beach you may fall over some rocks but you balance yourself and keep on moving. I ate two mini ice cream sandwiches yesterday and i paid for it later so i got this morning regrouped and ate greek yogurt. I went from stumbling to balancing all within a day. Continued success.

@Apple1 your words are inspiring it makes me move faster as i walk. I know the feeling of calling it quits especially when the road seems so long. Miley Cyrus song "the climb" is my inspiration. I'm in awe with your strength and courage.

Thank you. I am feeling better. Yes, I did have fun we were laughing so hard at our misses and how we almost smacked each other trying to get the balloon.

Oh yes!!! I am totally better. The ibuprofen is what they gave me for post op I still have a lot left. I turned around came home from work and had my twelve year old did the laundry with me assisting her. Then she and I went to the supermarket which she shopped with my assistance and checked out the grocery/paid for it all by herself. I was waiting outside for her. I am so proud of her.

You can do it. Like Nike slogan says Just do it!!!!!!!
