    EGG UPDATE:

Success!!!! Lol. I ate 1/2 an egg with a tad bit of low fat cheese on it. I was concerned at first because of how slow it was going down. I could feel it. So I opted to walk back and forth while I chewed on tiny bites. It was very hard to tell when I was full though. So, when I burped as if I needed to make room, I stopped. I didn't want to push it at all. I also didn't have the urge to want to eat everything I saw too. That's when I know my stomach has settled. Then I went for a walk at a Walmart. Lol. Had to get dog food and a salad for my husband, ended up buying more stuff, as always, but it was a good walk all around the store.

Another bit of great news....I'll have a functioning kitchen, I get my new countertops tomorrow

    :)

That is so cool. Look at you growing up in front of our eyes. With you wonderful ladies i had to throw it out there. My emotions always penetrates through when I see and feel greatness and it my pleasure to know all of you. I will update with my doc visit.

  2. I have an appointment with my PCP tomorrow morning cause I haven't seen her since January. I possibly going to have blood work from her. I'm excited to see the weight i loss also i just returned home from outside. I stood in the elevator upright when normally I'm holding on for dear life. I have a hoodie that never would fit properly now it fits. 😃 Today is a great day. @esaad i proud everything went great at the doctors. @Apple1 You totally kick type 2 diabetes butt. My plan says I can have cream of wheat on week 4, but I think it is high carb. I am going to check because that sounds so yummy. I have to be careful how many carbs I consume because of my type 2 diabetes.

I never wanted so much in my life now it is sitting around waiting for me. Saying two weeks more and we can get together as before the surgery.

Well good morning ya'll. I feel gross. I thought maybe 8 hours of sleep would make me feel way better after the bean episode last night. Nope. I'm feeling like I've got them stuck in my throat still. I'm going to hold off on them for a bit, along with anything else in its consistency. I've got my drinkable yogurts now. I'll add creamy Soups too; no chunks. Even though my plan allows for so much now, I think it much wiser to listen to my body. It's not ready.

Im glad you're okay. I ate cream of wheat thinking it would be ok the first day home and went down smoothly but i have to wait 2 more weeks. Boo hoo😎. Pretty soon we will be partying with our soft foods swapping recipes with our Water

Anyone have muscle cramps or spasms? When I stretch out my left foot my muscle lock up and I am getting a charle horse in the side of my ankle lower leg. It is so painful!, this just started tonight and the only way to make it stop is to get up and walk.

I get charley horses periodically before the surgery but nothing as of yet. Except the horsey who acts up everyday especially at feeding time.

Ok. So I got tired of just the tasting of things today. I didn't eat anything of substance at all. Mostly liquids. So, I heated up about 1/8 cup of refried black Beans with some low fat cheese. So delicious. But here's where I'm having to learn what my body is telling me. Feels stuck in my throat, no matter how well I chewed it down. I really want to drink some Water. I have this weird sensation in my belly. Kind of like when carbonated bubbles are bubbling up, I guess. I don't feel like I'm full or stuffed or anything. Content, which is what I am aiming for but I keep burping though, like I did when I was full of gas in the hospital.

I'm counting down to some liquid.

@Newme17 did it go down? I am hoping you will be o.k. Sometimes it's great to throw caution to the wind no pun intended.

Lol! I'm in south texas, Corpus Christi. My mom is originally from Wichita Falls, Texas....so I learned it from her. 😊 She always made them growing up, especially when we lived in upper Michigan for part of my childhood. Super cold winters and super good hot homemade chicken and dumplings. Yum. It's one of my favorites.

My mom ohh so beautiful makes it with fowl chicken and homemade dumplings. Incredible dish i could never cook like that. She is from N.C.

Love covers all. She did her best. I applaud your mom for that. 😊

Day is good. It's been a long day actually. My knees are currently aching. Not sure why, but I'll be glad when most of this weight is off.

I posted somewhere on bp, my 7 year old exclaimed that she didn't want me to get smaller, she loves me just as I am. Lol. As much as I appreciate and love her, I cannot stay the same. Of course my 4 year just repeats it. 😂

    What did ya do today?

You are so sweet. Your kids are so sweet. I basically stayed cause it was raining today but i had 99 grams of Protein today. And i feel more looser but winded

Oh yea I love me some homemade dumplings 😊.

For me the best broth for Soup is made by cooking the chicken pieces with the bone in, in the pot. My dh is eating seconds as I type. I am still letting mine cool down a little.

How did i miss this where do you guys live? I'm so on love with chicken and dumplings my mom is from the south and i just love that 😍 i can be up for adoption.

I'm still so sorry. i don't want to get up all in your business, but I just wonder why she didn't do nothing when you were a teen. I'm just sorry about that. But, it's time to move forward, right? Nothing we can do about the past but make the best of everything and go forward!!! 😊

It's ok. I felt the same way but I can't be mad cause the doctor didn't give her anything to go with like see a specialist. I did let it go cause my mom is great and if she was pushed to check it out she would of but they didn't even tell when i got older during my own checkups with doctors. Life is good and it's doesn't even hurt. All I remember as teen is getting an upper gi and all the gave me was antacids to take. So how is your day so far. Lol

My update so far: Work is great. Only myself and the project manager (who is on the other side of the building) are here. I've managed to get through a great amount of emails and have all the to-do's in a pile by priority that I'll try to get tackled in a moment. I'm finding it to be uncomfortable sitting in my chair for too long. Maybe I should have worn my binder. (I took it off for today). I can't seem to get enough liquids! I'm extremely THIRSTY today; its been that way since I woke up. I'm on my second bottle of Water and I've had maybe 1/4 of a Protein Drink. I'm going to shoot for 5 bottles of Water today, instead of 4 so I can not feel so thirsty. I can't stand it and the Protein Drinks don't help; they always make me feel thirsty. I did bring some unsweetened applesauce to try. Maybe. I need to walk...but it's raining. I guess I'll pace back and forth here in the office. :)

Glad work is a work in progress. It is great to here.

Actually, I'm feeling great! I haven't had any pain medicine since I came home. I didn't know what to anticipate, so I kind of just took it as it was.

She shoots she scores. Way to go our next meeting we take our pain medicine and play basketball and slam dunk them in the garbage. Great job!
