So what is a good protein shake to drink post op that doesn't taste like sand. Lol! I use to drink Herbalife but it has too many grams of carbs and sugar.

I'm having surgery in Tijuana on 4/20. What Dr did you use? I'm going to Dr Jaime Ponce de Leon at Oasis. I'm also flying into San Diego. I'm not nervous, at least not yet, but I'm really excited. And I ask a lot of questions. Lol! I've heard some people say they have excruciating pain for a couple of days and some say they had none. What did you experience? -
