The only way I can tolerate yogurt's taste is in savory, not sweet, preparations. I add it to Soups or add some spices and a splash of vinegar to it, and it's delicious!

Great idea! The higher Protein Greek yogurt can be blended into so many things. I'm going to try it as soon as I am off full liquids.< br>

My husband is 7" taller than I am, came out of the bathroom looking dejected. I asked him what was wrong and he said he had just weighed himself. I asked him the number and he was too embarrassed to tell me. I told him not to feel bad, it's just a number. So, he told me his "embarrassing" #....it was 25 lbs less than mine! The sleep apnea, hypertension, pre-diabetes...I guess it isn't just a number after all.

Thanks. Good luck to you too. I thought about just doing YouTube videos, but I write better than I speak. I tend to ramble when speaking. I use the backspace A LOT....you can't do that when you talk! I want to be able to embed pictures or videos. I am still searching.

I just received my surgery date for June 5th and I would like to begin chronicling my journey. Does anyone have recommendations for a free blog site? I would like to add pictures too. I've never blogged before, but I want to start so I can look back on my progress, especially during the days I am sure I will struggle.
