  1. What do you eat in a day? I make chicken meatballs using an ice cream scoop a few times a week as grab and go foods I can take to work. They're about 100 calories each. So far today I've had a protein shake, 2 meatballs, and a zucchini and chicken fritter I made from ground chicken and zucchini (duh). I'm starving but I'm afraid I'm eating too much. On abnormal day I'll usually eat 2 more times. I try to eat every 2-3 hours, but not after 8/9pm. Thoughts and opinions welcome. And also appreciated.
  2. I'm at work so I'm trying to keep busy but I know I have food in my lunch box

  4. What do you do when your stomach is clearly full, but you still feel hungry? I know I'm full right now bc I can feel my stomach is a bit uncomfortable (I only ate me alloyed portion-I didn't overeat), but I still feel hungry in my guy. Someone, anyone, help me! Also-side note, I just finished a workout.
  5. I LOVED broth when I went through that. It was a godsend. Now I can't even stomach the smell of it. I still make myself a cup once in a while bc I loved it so much and one sip makes me want to die. It's amazing how good it is before and how it is the actual devil after! Keep it up! We got your back!!
  6. Praying [emoji1317] be strong
  7. I had to do 2 full weeks of shakes and clear liquids. You got this. It'll be worth the suffering!
  8. I had my band August 2011, got down from 210 to 160 but then I started throwing up with every meal so I'd eat more because I threw up and got up to 215. I had my band out 3/31, sleeve done 5/31, and am currently 180 so I'm down 35 pounds in 3 months. I am working out a lot with weights so my body is getting smaller but the scale isn't showing it at much. I'm content but I can't wait to get into the 170's!!
  9. I had my surgery a month after you, weighed a pound more, and I'm stuck at 180 so you're doing awesome. Keep doing what you're doing and your body will eventually lose the weight. Maybe you need in up your water? I know that's been working for me and kicked me out of my stall. Good luck!
  10. I mealprep chicken meatballs once a week in different flavors and they keep me full. I have one with little side of veg and I'm good to go. I work 2 jobs so I can't cook every single day but they chicken meatballs are the perfect portion size! I use an ice cream scooper to portion them out. [emoji1305]
  11. I use Mio in my water otherwise I just can't do it. My doctor said it was ok and since then I've been drinking a whole lot more. It's no sugar, no calories and it's doing the trick!
  12. I always drank around 40oz of water but never fully got the 64oz I was supposed to. I finally started making a real effort to drink the full amount of water, even going above the 64oz, and I've lost 4 lbs in 3 days and I'm so excited but also mad I didn't follow the water rule sooner!!!!
  13. The struggle is so real! It's hard to always always be on track but if you know how to reel it in, I think you're doing ok! (That goes for everyone, not pointing fingers). I know I've eaten a couple things I shouldn't, like I snuck some breadcrumbs (1/4 cup) into a batch of 30 chicken meatballs. Is it going to kill me? No. Could I live without it? Probably. We have to adapt!
  14. I don't care what caused it, as long as it's happening haha! And I'm not hungrier than I would be if I was having my hard boiled egg for breakfast so that's good. But seriously, I was reading a lot about it and the water is the magical helper to weightloss. It's just so hard to drink so much!
  15. You have to regulate your calories to maintain your weight. Your dr will tell you the appropriate amount of calories to maintain. I'm 3 months out and 31lb away from my goal! I'm so excited and the thought of figuring out how to stop losing never crossed my mind but it's something to think about!

  17. Haha, 'small dinner', as if I could have any other size dinner.
  18. I decided to go back to shakes because I'd been in a stall for over a month now. I have one shake for breakfast, protein for lunch, another shake between lunch and dinner and a small dinner. I couldn't fully commit to the shakes only because I was having flashbacks to the 2 week liquid only phase. I also upped my water because I was slacking. I was only getting 40 of the 60 oz in. SO the last 2 days I've been in the bathroom every 30 minutes and I've also lost 3 lbs! [emoji1316] I feel so much better knowing that the scales moving even though I know I shouldn't rely on the scale to make me feel good. My clothes are falling off, but the scale going down makes me feel better! [emoji23][emoji23]
  19. SLAY ALL DAY GIRL! [emoji1316][emoji1316][emoji1319][emoji1319] You look fabulous!
  20. Awesome. Thanks for the response. I think I might give it a try!
  21. I sure as heck hope so bc I've been killing myself at the gym and am not losing an ounce! Keep it up and be persistent, that's what I've been hearing. Eventually it will have to pay off!
  22. Has anyone gone back to shakes for a week jus to 'shake' things up on the scale? I was thinking about doing this for 2 meals and having one regular meal at lunch time just to shock my body back into moving. I have a doctors checkup tomorrow so I will discuss it with them but I'm curious if anyone else did this and if it worked? Thanks in advance!
  23. Population 2! At least until I hit the next 10 lb goal!
