Water! Water! Water!

I always drank around 40oz of water but never fully got the 64oz I was supposed to. I finally started making a real effort to drink the full amount of water, even going above the 64oz, and I've lost 4 lbs in 3 days and I'm so excited but also mad I didn't follow the water rule sooner!!!!

I have an app on my phone(WATER DRINK REMINDER) to remind me to drink. It's a free app and fairly simple to use

  • I use Mio in my water otherwise I just can't do it. My doctor said it was ok and since then I've been drinking a whole lot more. It's no sugar, no calories and it's doing the trick!

I need to do that! I rarely get more than 30 ounces- today I woke up with a killer headache which I know is from dehydration. I just can't seem to push myself enough to get it in. Maybe I need to set a timer and drink a glass every time it rings. I know that I'd feel so much better if I did I just haven't been able to force myself to do it. Like I'm trying to sabotage myself somehow.
