  3. Did anyone notice a stall when you started going back to the gym? I went back a couple weeks ago, doing a lot of weights and core work, and I lost .3 lb this week which is pretty discouraging. Last week (after not weighing myself for 2 weeks, I lost 1.1). I try not to weigh often but the scale calls me. I was weighing every day and now I do it once a week or every other week to keep some sanity and it does make me feel much better. I never measured myself at the beginning which I regret, but my clothes are looser. I just feel like I'm not losing the way most other people are. I'm at 2 months now and lost a total of 28.3 lbs. starting weight was 215, current 186.7 and goal is 140. Advice? Encouragement? Thank you in advance. [emoji173]️

    Staying off the scale is so much easier said than done. I only weigh once a week or once every other week as it is. I can't just not weigh myself. I feel like I need to to see progress.

    Thank you. I just feel like I'm working so hard, I go 5 days a week for a minimum an hour my second job I'm on my feet the entire time, and I'm not seeing the result so feel like I need. I'm going to keep going because I have more energy lately but I just wish the scale would move more than .3!!

    You'll feel like a million bucks. Thankfully after my lift and reduction, they didn't change much so I'm still good to go. The other skin however, that is a different story!

    I'm about 2 months out and I've gone a few times. People will say what they want but bottom line is, I'm not trying to be pale in my wedding dress and I work 2 jobs, 7 days a week so getting to the beach is about hard.

    I had one years ago because I was a 40 H, and not that heavy-oh how things changed. But, best decision I ever made in my life. I was up and moving the next day without any issues. You'll do great!

    I'm a 9 days from 2 months and down 28, and stalling. But I look at it like hey, I lost 28 lbs-I didn't gain 28 lbs.

    Can't sleep comfortably!

    I feel your pain. For a week after surgery I slept on the couch because I couldn't lay completely flat and I was just so uncomfortable. Hang in there. It gets better!
  16. Anyone have these? I don't often, maybe have had 2 or 3 in a month and a half but today I'm constantly hungry! Only eating protein still, should be allowed veggies starting tomorrow at my appointment 🤞🏻🤞🏻. I don't know what's going on! I eat and wait the half hour to drink and then wait another half hour to eat again! Suggestions?

  18. Does anyone have nightmares that they're eating foods they shouldn't eat? I dream I'm eating carbs and fast food and things I'm not allowed to have so early in my journey and I wake up so relieved that I didn't actually do that to myself? I don't have normal daily struggles with food, I make good choices and stick to them but at night, anything goes!

    I was like that too. But Day 5 I woke up a new person. I struggled to eat and drink and lost 8 lbs the week of surgery. It gets better. Sip all day. Take in a spoon full of protein when you can. You got this [emoji173]️

  23. I need suggestions and help. I'm a month and a week post op. I also work 2 jobs so I'm out of the house from 8am til about 10:30 pm. I've been packing food for the day, which isn't much obviously, but I need more options. What are your easy to grab and go foods? I've been doing chicken and Tina salad and sodium free coldcuts and things of that nature but I'm getting bored. The other part of this is, foods that I normally really enjoy are starting to turn my stomach. I'm not sure if it's the food or it's actually me. It's happened the last few days. I thought I was hungry (it had been a couple hours between meals so it wasn't head hunger) and then when I went to eat I felt sick. Sick like, slightly nauseous and not hungry anymore. Just wondering if anyone had any input for me. I do have a doctors appointment coming up so I will discuss it with him, but in the interim I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this. (Side note, I used to always be hungry but then my DR. put me on omeprazole a week ago) Thanks in advance!

    Suggestions and Help

    I've been making my own carb free chicken meatballs and making enough for the weak. I've done Buffalo, BBQ, and now chicken parm. They're what's saving me and helping me hit protein goals.
