Hey everyone had my operation 14th Jan this year and was 131kg (288lbs) had the sleeve everything went great, back on the fitness and most solids lost 27kg (59.5lbs) so far not sure if that is good or bad compared to other people but I am happy it is slowly coming off
So question time, at the moment I am using little 250ml tubs which I think is about 8 oz but not sure, what size of portions are people currently on when they are this far out, how to measure out your meals? I worried I am going to stretch, I am stopping when I am full and using side plate and kids fork just wondered actual portions other people are having
