I don't want to run out and spend a lot on clothing until I reach goal weight. The goodwill and thrift stores in my area are lackluster . Since am a stay at home mom I don't need anything dressy except for church . Any ideas?
I was think about maybe Sams club? I have a Target near by but the plus size section is nonexistent .
What did you do ?

Oh yes am walking I have to chase my 2yr around during the day . The only real rest time I get is when he naps which is about 1 1/2 hr if am lucky.

Not uncommon after taking days or more of opioids. T3 esp has codeine and caffiene. Body develops dependence and thus withdrawal symptoms "coming down" from it. Shaking is one of those things, just stick to a usual diet, trying to get as much Protein, Water, and nutrients as you can, rest when you need to.

Man my breath stinks it's bad enough am grossing my self out . Please tell this doesn't continue after surgery?
