  1. As tweaks you could loose the crackers and peaches. Are you tracking your food? Are you tracking carb count also how much protein are you getting from food vs the shakes? Your good choices look pretty good overall though... could just be a stall. Keep doing what your doing and things will keep going down, even if painfully slow
  2. That should say BMI not HIM lol
  3. Wow 5 more weeks? I have 1 week clear liquids, one week of regular liquids and soupy foods then one week puree and that's it ... Did you have other complications? What was your starting HIM, just curious. Obviously you should stick to your surgeons recommendations but if it was me I would ask him some follow up questions as to why you will be on 5 weeks liquid protein. There maybe a reason that he did not clarify that's specific to you.
  4. Breath... this should alleviate some of the issues you have been dealing with. Will be thinking ok yoi
  5. I'll add I wish we could get sample sizes of different protein... hate buying so much only to find out that flavor or brand just is not working out.

  18. I have a the perfectionism issue, I know how clich`e but it's true! I did every diet you can think of. Gained and lost, gained and lost... if I slipped up and had one cookie then the entire day was ruined and I would have the whole sleeve. I understand that my behavior is illogical but for some reason I just keep finding myself there
