People say everybody is different. It's just discouraging when you feel like you're stuck.

You look great! I'm at 3.5 months and 60 lbs. Since surgery and 115 lbs since my highest weight. It's truly an amazing tool that we have been given. Keep up the great work honey!!

How are you guys losing so much weight within the first couple of months. I had surgery march 21st and I've lost only 31lbs . And I've been between 28 and 31 lbs for the last month . It's so annoying because it's like I can't lose anymore.
What should I do ?

Hi everyone ! I noticed you guys live in Memphis ! I do as well ! Dr.Wegner is also doing my surgery ! My date is set for March 21st ... this is my first ever surgery ! I'm excited but nervous
