  1. Have your iron checked. Sent from my SM-G935V using BariatricPal mobile app
  2. This totally happened to me when I had my son. I left the hospital 5lbs heavier than when I came in! Those Ivs and swelling.
  3. Ouch! I'm a shortie and can totally imagine how that could happen!
  4. I'm rny lb the 27th. 13 days out and counting in Washington state!
  5. Just got my surgery time, 5am on the 27th. I'm first in the line up [emoji3]
  6. I quit buying them for the entire family so out wasn't available then i subbed out with Crystal light and vitamin water zero. I had a headache but it's been 3 weeks with out a soda[emoji16]honestly, I don't feel better or worse. But I do feel that addiction is in control before my surgery in 18 days[emoji16] good luck!
  7. Go to the Facebook page. They have a number to call for a sample pack of 16 different flavors for 16.00 otherwise, Amazon has it along with factory direct.(lots of 40%off codes on Instagram pages) Also try health food stores because it's fairly popular. It's also lactose free[emoji3]
  8. Have you tried the syntrax nectar? The lemonade one is quite good as well as the ice tea.23 grams of protein I think. And it mixes like water so no shake like consistency.
  9. LOL (47, rny in April) my thoughts exactly!
  10. Learn and move on. No use beating yourself up. Your surgery is still 2.5 months out. There is plenty of time to work things out. This is a life long battle for everyone. And it will continue long after. I'm sure no one is 100%. Just like parenting. There will be no going back and mistakes will be made. Accept that you are human and not perfect. Tomorrow is a new day. Good luck!
  11. Hernia surgery is a good one [emoji3]
  12. I had to laugh at your response! I have the most loving caring supportive husband...but....he is the world's worst gift giver. He stresses over it way to much plus he works long hours. I never set him up to fail, because I love him. I show him what I would like for bday, anniversary etc. And then order it in his name lol that way all he has to do is wrap it. After 10 years it's a win win. I already know he loves me I don't need to test him by rating a gift.
  13. What an awesome positive post! Thank you! I'm also 5'2" my surgery is set for April 27th and your success inspires me[emoji3]
  14. Congratulations! How long did it take you to meet goal? Any advice for those of us also in mid-life? At 47 I've worried I've waited to long...but I'm all set for April just waiting in line for my turn[emoji3](my surgeon was booked 8 weeks out)
  15. So awesome! Your hard work certainly shows!
  16. I've scheduled my"hernia" surgery next month. It is the truth but I've left out the rny. My weight loss is the key to being free of diabetes and high BP and easily explained with yet another diet/exercise program. Lol I love my cpap machine so much I cannot imagine wanting to quit using it...
  17. Hello neighbor!(I'm south sound) I will be having rny in April. I personally chose rny because my family is plagued with diabetes. But also im comfortable that my surgeon is very experienced. He said the decision was mine, but he recommended rny for my personal health conditions.
  18. April 27 just got my date yesterday[emoji3] I started this process 10 months ago. I had pre-approval with insurance in July. I met all criteria in mid feb. It took 2 weeks for my insurance final approval (Aetna ) and of course my surgeon is booked 8 weeks out. Ugh
