They fix our stomachs and it is up to us to fix our brains.... The latter is soooo much harder! You will get there. Finding the right person is hard and tedious. Be patient it will happen. Let your inner light shine!

I agree that removing the "fat" from the brain is harder than losing the actual fat! You are an inspiration!

I'm heading for the hospital in the morning. I have to admit I'm incredibly nervous. Being postponed by two weeks has shaken me and I occasionally think the worst.
That said if things go well, and of course the odds are they will, I feel fired up and ready. The pre-op diet has been brilliant. The postponement meant I've been on it for four weeks and I've lost 30-odd pounds. I started a couple of weeks early and have never deviated and hardly craved - I think my head's in the right place.
That said the anxiety is exhausting - I want to get to sleep, get in there and move on to the next stage of my journey.
I am 18 days post op after being called in early. Barely had enough days for 2 weeks of pre op diet. So I send you encouragement and well wishes. Speedy recovery and continue on with this amazing journey.

I am having LBL vertical thigh lift and Tummy Tuck on 7/14/17. I may be your stalker for a while to see your progress. Getting half part nervous and half excited to finally get all the sagging skin removed.
Ooh! I am jealous! I am 53 and can already tell after losing 40 pounds pre surgery that I am going to have saggy baggy skin after all the weight is gone. Hopefully I can follow in your footsteps. Wishing you a speedy recovery and a lovely new you!

Weight loss slowed after going onto solids. Now coming off slowly. I am eating 60-90 G Protein, 20 or less of sugar. Can only get in 800 to 1000 calories. I was sleeved on 7/10/17 and am only down 23 pounds. Most of it came off in the first couple weeks.
