  2. It all depends of your medical insurance.. Example, my insurance required 6 months dieting plan, after that I did medical clearance, once all paper work was submitted, took about a week to get approved... probably less,
  3. Hi all, I have my surgery scheduled march 10th. I have been reading post op problems people face.. such as chest pain, abdominal pain, and bloating. Can some one help in how to make these less painful? Any tricks?
  4. Can anyone share tips to control water intake post surgery? I know we have to sip sip sip, any tricks to avoid gulping?
