Hi I started my clear liquids only diet today, I’m finding it pretty difficult because I have to cook for my family. But all I need to do is think about being sent away with no surgery if my liver has not shrunk. That keeps me going. Although I’m not sure for how long Ha ha ha. Are you also doing liquids only for two weeks? I am reading hear that not everyone does the liquid only🤨. Why do I have to do clear liquids only? Lol -

Hi I am new here, I started my liquid only 2 week diet today. I’m reading in different sites that not everyone does liquid for two weeks. I really don’t think I can handle it. I’m trying though. I am literally feeling tortured. Lol -

Hi I am new here. My sleeve surgery is also Sept 14 in CT. I am so scared....
