I’m at my 2 1/2 month mark and I’ve stalled. I’ve lost 50 so far but I have been told this is the time to really up my workouts so that’s what I’m doing. Oh and i need to up my Water intake. Get a move on! You got this! We got this! Stalls happens , it’s ok!

Hi , I'm 5 days post op... sleeved 8/22 and I would suggest to bring a pad or adult diaper or whatever because I had a lot of nausea and dry heaving and it would cause urine incontinence every time I was puking. I'm just keeping it real ... lol I also literally slept and was focused on getting the the 5 rounds of 10- 1 oz Water cups down . I did manage to brush my teeth but mostly slept, walked ( bring slippers) and drank. I was released the next day after surgery. Good Luck , you'll do great!

You look amazing! Those start out weight and height are the same for me as well. I'm hoping to get sleeved in May. Just finishing my pre qualifications for surgery. Are you exercising as well? I've noticed a lot of people aren't working out they are just doing minimal exercise .
