I was told by my dietician to take coq10 daily to help with energy and to combat fatigue. It is working for me.

CoQ10 daily should help get your energy up. This is one of the first things that was recommended by my dietician for after surgery.

I'm almost at 3 months post op. Is it ok to have a cup of low acid coffee in the morning?

I am at week 6 post op where it is now ok to eat legumes. Is it ok to eat smooth Peanut Butter? I use the one from Trader Joe's that is just peanuts and salt. I know that I have to watch the calories.

I had my sleeve surgery on January 30th. In October I weighed about 450 lbs. I have lost about 65 lbs since then. I was using a cane and a walker before surgery. The Friday before surgery I fell in the tub trying to get out. I had to call the paramedics to pull me out of the tub and take me to the ER. I ended up with a sprained foot and knee. So now I am not only recovering from surgery, I am struggling with mobility when I wasn't very mobile in the first place.

I started taking my Vitamins right away. My dietician also recommend coq10 daily to fight fatigue. It seems to be working for me.
