Just left my 2 month post op visit, down 43 lbs. should be happier but just realized I left my bank card home which is an hr away and I'm on E. what a nice end to my day😒

Yes it could be! And the good thing is if it gets to out of control you can have a revision. Not like your stuck forever if you don't want to deal with it. I heard from a lady who is 10 years out and she said she dealt with gerd on and off but after 10 years has found "relief". She didn't share her remedy though.

I'm 9 weeks out and get it here and there but when I take my meds I'm usually fine. For some it subsides conpletely

You will be able to eat more as time goes on, never hat you could eat before. Heck I've seen mukbang sleevers on yt, though I don't recommend it. I definitely have had self pity and doubt moments but it does get better -

Thank you guys I'm definitely not trying to hit the floor one day from lack of nutrients. I'm going to start concisely recording my food intake. I do very well with liquids & my urine is also clear. I see surgeon tommorow so I'm glad about this.

I am against dating websites, mainly ones like plenty of fish. People legit just want to f•••. I had a coworker who had been through 40 men on that website & not ONE panned out. I still think it's best to meet someone through mutual friends or at a coffee shop or something. When I was on dating app (albeit 1 month) most guys were unemployed and shirtless, major turnoff. Good luck to you, you will find someone when it's meant to be -

I rarely feel hunger, acid can mimic hunger. I forget to eat often because I don't feel hunger. My body has changed significantly, preop I felt hunger all day long & constantly thought of food . -

Though I have not, I did see a ytber who is going through Ivf . How long ago did you have vsg? Tons of people see spike in fertility after vsg. -
Just follow your surgeons order. I got a book with everything I can have including portion size. It's unlikely you will stretch your stomach out to the old size.

I think it's amazing that you are trying to take control over your health! I had vsg & I was 25 and 235 pds with bmi of 48 and I am now down 41 pds in 8 weeks! Gl to you!

2 months & two days out. I can't wait to sleep through the night. Lately I wake up & am reminded of my surgery. Hormones up & down like a coaster. MS is killing me too, hopefully it stops....idk.
