  2. I'm only two months out but I have thrown up two times. Both were due to an iron supplement and I just vomited it back up.

    Sleeping/discomfort/low energy

I felt very weak & shaky for two nights at 7 weeks out, I realized that I hadn't eaten nearly enough calories & I felt like my body was shutting down. I made a point to up my protein & stopped worrying myself to death because stress can hinder your recovery, I've slept at least 6-7 hours each night since.

    Anybody regret getting WLS?

That has been my biggest "fear" I have been looking into wls for the past 4 years & what I always heard was you will have complications BUT why live afraid of a complication? I couldn't live another day suffering, rather take my risks

    Anybody regret getting WLS?

You can google/YouTube vsg regrets and maby type in complications or something. I see many people NOT regret procedure even with complications. There are people out there who want their old 350 pound selves back, for whatever reasons. Gl

    Alcohol

I think you can still enjoy drinks modestly. I could only see it being issue for liver if someone vsg or not BINGE drank often. I'm no expert but that's my two cents. sn: I know a person who had RNY 11 years ago & they drink like a fish, so unhealthy.
  24. I wanted to see where you see yourself in 15 years? Most of us probably won't be on this forum board in 5 years let alone 15, BUT I was curious about long term goals and aspirations! Do you want a family? To live abroad? Travel? Please share
  25. I'm 8 weeks out almost and still battle it here & there. I think for me reading others horror stories or about gaining all weight back in 4 years scared me. I know this was my last resort & attempt to lead a healthy life
