  9. Did u get the chewy ones or just chewable?
  10. Or u could just eat off his plate -- it's kind of a waste to order ur own -- and not too classy to bring ur own -- just have them dish up ur food on a saucer
  11. Celebrate with eating and drinking now and then do the couples massage bed and breakfast romantic get away on ur anniversary-- and u can always cook for ur partner and eat ur post op food -- ur partner will get used to u not eating

  16. It's a totally different feeling than the band -- u cannot force urself -- u will know when to stop (at least in the beginning -- I made shrimp and crab enchiladas and was only able to eat 1/2 of an enchilada and was done for the evening -- just like anything -- try different things and see how it works for u-- try ur best to stick to the post op diet -- it's the time when ur insides are healing
  17. I had my revision procedure 2/23 and am down 30 pounds and am feeling like that may have been the best decision ever
  18. I have been drinking from a straw since day 3 post op and haven't had any problems -- I think they tell u not to because it can cause gas -- I haven't had this issue at all -- just like with side effects from certain medications-- it may or may not effect u
  19. I had the mini bypass on Feb 23 in Mexico and am down 28 pounds as of today I went from the Lap Band and the scar tissue from the revision is the only pain I felt-- I have had very little gas and not acid reflux at all -- $7200 is what I paid but so worth it -- in the states for the same surgery they wanted $14000
