How much are you eating 1 year out? Do you just eat meals or do you have a snack time too? How do you deal with head hunger too? Just trying to not get stressed but want to continue losing or maintain. I'm 100 pounds down from my heaviest weight but I'm short 4'0". I'd love to hear some other people's eating habits a year out. TY!

I'm 8 months out sleeve and have never had a vomiting issue or reflux. Praise the Lord!

I'm 7 months out. I've hit the 100# mark and have 13# to go to hit my doctors goal but that will be slow and easy it seems. I'm in a bit of a "comfort" zone which I need to get out of it. I'm at a ugh point too...

I'm about 6 months too and running into about the same issues. I find my hands in the work candy dish or taking a treat that is being offered to me. Pre-post op weight loss is 102 pounds. Not sure if I'm mentally moving into a "comfort zone". Scary! I've been trying to be better at food journaling. I've had a few crisis matters the last few months. I'm out of state from my surgeon and I'm looking forward to going to my 6 month check up so I can regroup.
