    What R We Eating

    Okay, I am gonna try posting my meals again. Maybe that will help create some accountability for myself in seeing the bad things that I am eating and looking to change for healtier options... These posts wont be pretty, so feel free to :whip: me every now and then... 9/20/2006- Wed B- Bowl of lucky charms, 2%milk (6am) L- microwavable bowl of chef boy r dee ravioli and water (11am) 2nd L- two hot dogs and a taquito (2pm) S- can of (non-diet) sunkist and bag of doritos (4:00) D- two piece dark, cajun rice and red beans and rice mixed with 4 packs of jelly, a biscuit with jelly and a diet sunkist (8:00)

    One Year Anniversary

    Ladies... It was wonderful seeing everyone! You all look so beautiful, I missed u gals. I was nice to catch up with what everyone is doing. We definately need to keep up the monthly meetings. Last year was great and the year to come with be filled with prosperity for all of us! Luv Ya Kee:grouphug:

    Well, its better to cry than be upset and eat some more... I gained a whopping 15 lbs in a matter of a month. I am disgusted with myself, but then I just have to realize that sometimes things are not gonna be as good as other times. Just try to do better next week

    Motivation/Exercise

    Ms. Stocky Busy lady you will be.. U go girl, all them classes and your body gon be a lean mean fighting maching :clap2: :clap2: Are u taking salsa lesson at your gym too? Sorry I am not going to be able to do the Belly dancing class with ya, but I did try the class they had at ballys. It was fun and I even broke a sweat by the end. It's called Belly Dancehall and we dance to the reggae music.
