Okay, I am back from my two week hiatus, where I have eaten anything and everying thing u can imagine!! I havent been posting and that been a part of my whole losing track situation. I need to stay motivated, I need to post my meals, I needs to be reminded that I need to walk and exercise and eat right and drink Water. I need U GALS!! Teresita, please get on my asrh again about walking, smack me up a couple of times if ya have to... Lsasha, where u at gurl, lets get our walkity walk on. Ms. Skinny Stocky let me know what your doing so I can join in. Karen and Connie, come on lets jump rope in the parking lot, Lil Teresita, lets go to six flagssss.... I need motivation yall!!!! :faint: :faint: I'm gaining weight back and I need to do something about it. I am gonna try my Protein train again since that is where I first started losing. But I just am not as gung-ho about it as I was in the beginning. :bored Any Suggestions???

6/12 B- Bacon, egg, cheese bagel from McD's with a hashbrown and coffee L- 8 darn slices of sausage pizza (small pizza from vocellis) and a diet mt dew. I am buggin out yall!!! I need weigh in!!! :angry :angry :omg: :omg:

06/07 B- strawberry banana smoothie cup L- General Tso chicken and rice (a whole fricken 1000 calories!!!) D- bowl of cornflakes and 1% milk and some splenda 06/08 B- bowl of cornflakes and 1% milk and some splenda L- turkey salad lettuce wrap S- pin doughnut from dunkin doughnuts D- 2 chicken teryaki sticks and a cup of plain fried rice

Tues- 60 min treadmill and some resistance training- approx 1000 cal Wed- 65 min treadmill and an ab class and some resistanct training appros 1200 cal Thurs- Taking a much needed day off, although I will probaby end up in the gym for 30 min on the tread... hopefully 500 cal. Friday- 60 min on the treadmill 1000 cal

I am a coming!!!! Sign me up! I can bring some meat, but who has a grill cus I dont. I may even bring the hubby and the pooochies down. DH is awesome at grilling, but we dont have our own grill.

T, my goal is just to have a loss. I dont care how much , I will take any amount! For the month of June, I would like to come as close as possible to my original goal for the month, which was to be at 230 by the end of June. Last week I weighed in at 248.5, so thats 18.5 lbs. Thats asking alot, so I will just work really hard and what ever I make it to, I will be happy with! :clap2: :clap2:

Fri- 50 min on the treadmill, 7-15 incline, 3.1 mph, and some strenght training- approx 850 cal burned Sat- strength training right after class, then 3 mi at Haines Point, back to the gym in the evening for 30 min on the tread approx 1000 cal burned for the day Sun- 35 min on the tread, step aerobics class in the afternoon-- approx 1000 cal burned for the day Mon- 30 min on the tread this morning, plan to do a step class this evening-- hopefully approx 1000 cal burned today.

L-slice of cheese pizza and a large rasberry tea, not diet S- bowl of cornflakes w/ splenda D- Turkey Hotdot w/ a slice of potato bread 06/05 B- Sausage Patty S- boiled egg L- lean cuisine and some lettuce S- 1/2 cup of pineapples D- chicken salad on one slice of potato bread

5/31 B- bacon, egg and cheese on an english muffin and a hot cocoa L- Tendercrisp chicken sandwith with fries and a sprite for BK D- still full from lunch Double step aerobics 6/1 B- chicken and rice taquito, a really nasty crystal lite slurpee and a cup of coffee L- 10 in turkey and cheese from Subway S- Maple glaze doughnut and a tropicana orage soda (damn 600 calories:omg: ) D- Noting... did I need anything else :angry .5 hour on the treadmill and maybe another... didnt even take my azz to the gym after work:cry
