Urgh... why can't I quit you!!! he he :girl_hug: I started off okay, conflakes and 2% for breakfast, but then I got a taste for some mashed potatos... and how did that turn into a 2 piece dark, mashed potatos and seasoned rice, biscuit w/ jelly and 5 honey bbq wings urghhh :girl_hug: :girl_hug: :omg: Okay, protein shake for dinner it is!!!:bored

7/4 B- cornflakes 2% L- turkeyburger w/ cheese and bun, pork and beans D- hotdog with bun, pork and beans 7/5 B- cornflakes, 2% L- tendercrisp salad from BK w/ honey mustard dressing D- 4 krispy kreme dougnuts and a 2% milk

It was at a gym in Bowie, off of 301. I dont remember the name of the spot though. It was a nice size and they seemed to offer a lot of stuff there. Stocky, whats the name of this spot???

MS Stocky!!!! Thanks lady for inviting me to your boxing class. It was DA Bomb. I had such a good time and got my serious sweat on!!! I will definatley sign up with ya when the new session starts! Oh yeah, and belly dancing too. I am there!! What do I need to do to sign up for the class. We should do it now before the class gets full!

Hey Ms. T! Sorry your not having the greatest day... I have a WW scale. It doesnt go up to 400 but it does go to 385, which your almost there anyways. By the time you hit Walmart (which is where I bought mine) over the weekend, you will be under that weight!!

OMG, that is horrible! I will definatley keep him and her family in my thoughts and prayers... Actually, I home we dont have weigh in today, cus then it will be three weeks for the next weigh in... I should have EXCELLENT results by then!
