    I plan on going to a step aerobics at 6... I never made it to the gym last night cuz I was going off in an email about my magic bullet.. :angry I did get a work out in last night as I listed to the reggae and house music they played on 92. thanks for putting me on to that.     Who Wants to Walk

    Last week I walked to FEDEX field, we could do the short version and walk from Cap Center to the field and back. that should be almost 2 miles, then we could walk a few rounds around the field to get another mile or two in. thats my suggestion

  9. Hello my wonderful LBT Buddies! My question today is if you or someone u know are getting six flags season passes and also need a season parking pass. I just got mine season pass today and I want to get a seaon parking pass. The cost is $40 for one car and $50 for two cars, so I am looking to split the cost for the two car. If any is interested or knows someone intersted, please let me know. Thanks Ladies... and Gents too

    Motivation/Exercise

    Yesterday, I went to Ballys, did 50 min on the tread and burned 650 calories (two of dem bagels I ate) Yeahhh... Okay, but Y this lady was looking at me like "wow you been on there a long time you must be about ready to fall out" She kept looking over at my stats, then she starts running really fast, looking at me from the side of her eye. I almost had to tell her something....:kev: , but no I kept my mouth shut and just kept on walking... I cant let these crazy people out here discourage me...:croc: So, I will be back at the gym today...!!!

    Yes Connie, you are so sweet! I really appreciate you wanting to help, you are AWESOME. My babies love car rides. I took them with me to Cleveland this past weekend. They are very affectionate dogs, love doggy rubs... Yes, I spoil them way too much.

    I have two pomeranians. a two yr old and a 1.5 yr old. 12 and 8 lbs respectively. They are the sweetest. They will go to the bathroom outside if walked, but they are trained to potty pads.

    3/17 B- Coffee L- Prime rib w/ mozerellla and onions, half serving of mashed potatos D- 6 jerk chicken wings, fried bananas 6 oz. bacardi rum lots of crystal lite 3/18 B-Coffee L- wendys chili and 5 chicken nuggets D- ?? I forgot 3/19 B- 1/4 cup of ground turkey in spagetti sauce, 1/4 cup cauliflower L- 3 triangle of quesadillas, 4 wingettes with barbaque sauce D- Pork chop 3/20 B- EAS Protein shake L- nothing D- rice w/ black bean soup, pork chop crystal lite.... but I need more water.
