Whoa, good topic... I always talk about what size I want to be, which is a 12.. But I will settle for anything less than what I am now, and that a 22. I am 5'8, 260. I guess a single digit may be okay, but I have never been that size and cant imagine what I would look like.

Happy six month to you LSasha... Lets toast with a crystal lite for another six months of great loss... Sarge, I am in TOPS too with my weigh' ins on Tuesday evenings, so I will post late Tuesday evening.. Sorry, I am really trying to follow orders... I will drop down and give u 20... I weighed in at 258... first loss is 6.5 lbs...

Girl, run.... ahhh NO! I did do little jogging spurts all the way around. six miles... u off the hook! Bet u glad u got it out the way, especially since its gonna be 74 today... There a nice breeze in the morning time. I think I will walk in the morning tomorrow too.

Thanks! I was sooo tired when I got home. But as the day progressed, I started feeling a lot better. So walking today it is... I told LSasha, in 4 weeks, we doing 12 mi at the park... :omg: :omg: :omg: You're doing very well too. Getting out there and scadattling. Your making big accomplishments!!!! :clap2: :clap2:

4/10/06 B- Protein shake L- salad w/ chiken breast D- Salmon w/ spinach Yes, I did say Salmon.... This will be a first for me. As most of you know, I CANT STAND SEAFOOD. But, I am doing a reapproach. I may not learn to love it, but it so good for you I need to start eating some fish. Many people suggested I start with Salmon, so here I goooooo!

Thanks LSasha! We walked the heck out dem 9 miles today :bolt: When I got home, I was beat. :yield: But now I am all energized!!! I plan on getting to the park at 3:30 tomorrow for a quick one or two around. Gotta start off good else I'll never make it through Boot Camp!!!! ;)
