T, U did really well last week, so even with your lovely meals on Friday, I am sure you will see weight loss tonight. So dont fret... just know, NO AFTERPARTY tonight :confused: During the next week, let me know if you want to walk. I will meet ya up at the track or something. Also, a good thing you taught me is to post what exercises your going to do for the week. After you did it, I decided to post mine and it helps. I look at it, see what I SAID I would do and try to hold myself accountable. For some reason, just see my own words helps to motivate to get my butt out there... Okay, I am gonna start my protein train tomorrow for the next seven days. I am looking to lose 5-10 lbs this week. Anybody interested in joining me...??? Let get in all those great lean fat, low carb foods and jiggle off a few of these pounds. We know it works and it can jump start our summer work-outs.... Choo Choo!!!! :eek: :biggrin1: :biggrin1:

Sorry ladies, I won't be at da point this Sat. I want to get in a step classes sat morning @ 8:15. I will probably to later in the evening. My exercise goals for the next week or so: Thursday: none today... Friday: 3 mi in the a.m. Did my 3 miles Saturday: Step aerobics class and 6 mi in the p.m. Did my step class in the morning, but only did 1.5 mi today Sunday: 9 mi- only was able to get in 8 miles, but I went to the gym and did 1/2 hour weight training and 1/2 hour waterobics Monday: 6 miles in the a.m. and 6 in the pm or maybe a step class- six in the am is rough!... I can only do 3 before work!!! Tuesday: 6miles after work- got in 3 miles before TOPS Wednesday: 3 mi in the a.m. and double step in the pm Thursday; 6 in the p.m. Friday: 3 in the a.m and maybe 3 in the p.m. Saturday: 3mi in the a.m before class I will update as time passes and see how many I actually got done. If anyone cares to join me, the more the merrier!!! Rock solid bootay by mid summer... Yeah baby!!!

Hey Ms. Mary... That's why I need to be banded. I am getting in a lot of exercise, but as Ms Teresa puts it, "I get high off of food." I start and then cant stop... so I hoping the band will tell me "whooooa lil horsey!!!" :whip: :whip: and i will be fuller, quicker. Thanks for the words of encouragement!
